- The rotational speed of an engine or wheel is detected by a gear sensor, etc., and the pulse signal is converted to an analog output to verify the speed change.
- SPD-HD and KAZ-740P are compact and lightweight, so they can be directly mounted on a motorcycle.
What you can do with the measurement
- Start/stop characteristics and rotational speed fluctuations of engines, etc. can be determined.
- Unevenness of rotation during steady-state rotation of an engine, etc. can be determined.
- Rotation speed and speed fluctuation of rotating objects such as tires can be measured.
Gear tooth sensor
- The gear sensor can detect from 0Hz, so it can measure the motion at the time of starting and stopping in detail.
- The sensing section uses a two Hall element differential system. The sensor is not affected by the surrounding magnetic field, and stable detection with suppressed jitter is possible.
- L ine driver output option is also available to minimize the influence of transmission noise. (Gear sensor IMG, SPD-HD)
Rotation speed measurement
- Lightweight, compact, and battery-driven, the effect on the vehicle can be minimized.
- Combined with the line driver input and input isolation type of SPD-HD and the line driver output type of IMG series, measurement with high noise immunity is also possible.
Selection Points
-. Lightweight and compact: Easily portable and can be directly mounted on a motorcycle.
- Power supply: 2-way power supply (battery/AC adapter), easy to use even in places where no power supply is available, such as in-vehicle (SPD-HD)
- Analog output update: 100μs~(SPD-HD), 1ms~(KAZ-740P)
- CAN, RS-485, RS-232C, Ethernet output also available (SPD-HD: option)
- Optional line driver signal support: Highly resistant to transmission noise (SPD-HD: Optional)
- Gear sensor capable of sensing from low rotation (0Hz)
