We are receiving an increasing number of inquiries like the following.
There is an increasing demand for digital data acquisition of angles and positions by combining a general-purpose incremental encoder with a measuring instrument.
The SPD series has an automatic measurement transmission function (USB and CAN) to help customers reduce program development time.
- Both digital and analog output of angle and position
- Utilize the high detection accuracy of optical encoders in harsh environments
- Need a rotary angle sensor with both high resolution and environmental resistance?
- Need a space-saving design equivalent to IP65-67.
Selection Points
- IP65 rating, less susceptible to adverse effects caused by foreign substances (dust, water, oil) entering from the outside.
- No case cover for encoder protection is required, which reduces the cost of the machine.
- Easy acquisition of measured values in digital format using the CAN continuous output function (depending on the selected model)
