Notice regarding specification changes

Analog output with 1ms refresh for 0.006Hz to 500kHz pulse inputs

- This is a programmable F/V converter (frequency-to-voltage/current converter) that updates analog output every 1ms for pulse signals from 0.006Hz to 500kHz.
- Parameters such as the full-scale value of the analog output and arithmetic function settings can be changed using the PL-1A external program loader (sold separately).
- Supports LINKSHIP configuration software (free download).

Rotational speed measurement for hydroelectric power generation: Flow control by speed governors

PeriomaticTM Calculation

High precision from ultra-low to high speeds. Follows sudden changes and abrupt stops.

What is PeriomaticTM?

Measurement Range: 0.006Hz to 500kHz

Analog output full-scale and upper/lower limits of the spread function can be set with 5 digits.

Fast and High-Precision Analog Output Response

1ms refresh rate, ±0.1% analog output

Various Voltage/Current Outputs

Analog output of 0-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V, 4-20mA, and 0-10mA is available via switch selection and program settings.

Spread Function

> Details
- Upper and lower limits of the measurement frequency can be set, expanding and outputting frequency fluctuations within that range as analog signals.
For example, by setting the upper limit to 1000Hz = 10V and the lower limit to 990Hz = 0V, frequency fluctuations and rotation unevenness can be measured.

Various Arithmetic Functions

> Details
- Moving average function that responsively averages and outputs jerky rotation pulses from flow sensors.
- Frequency dividing function from 1 to 999 pulses (arbitrary setting).
- Chatter suppression function to eliminate chattering caused by contact signal inputs, etc.

Dual Range

> Details
Two full-scale values can be configured: Main and Sub.

Isolation

The input, output, and power supply lines are electrically isolated, eliminating the need for a separate isolator.

Configuration Support via LINKSHIP Software (Complimentary by COCORESEARCH)

Connect a PC to a device equipped with this IC (such as the COCORESEARCH Evaluation Board EMB-74X, sold separately) using a USB communication cable (such as the BXI-UK1, sold separately) to manage settings, logs, and printouts via LINKSHIP.
Core Features: Read parameter maps from device / Write settings to device / Save profile data to PC / Verify and compare multiple data profiles / View technical product documentation

[Supported OS] Windows 7 / 8 / 10 (32-bit / 64-bit versions)

Verification and Printing of Setting Profiles

Go to LINKSHIP Page >

*The BXI-UK1 USB communication cable does not supply bus power.
*A separate power supply to KAZ-738 is required (DC +9 to 30V).

(Use the included connection cable CPS-SR30-6P, etc.)
